SGT. Richard Oxsen

    Our brother and friend Richard Oxsen has lost his

 battle with cancer, he was only 57yr's old. He was a true   

 "SKY SOLDIER" to the end. Richard and the rest of us          

 thought he had this enemy beaten a few years ago, only   

 it raised it's ugly head again. The second time was just to

 much for him. Richard hooked-up with Charlie 4th of the  

 503d 173rd ABN in June of 1968. His award's include the   

 Bronze Star, Purple Heart and Army Air Medal, along        

with C.I.B. and Jump Wings. His uncanny humor and wit,   

will surely be missed.
